All in all, these problems add up and become a cause of stress for an employee, especially one with talent and ambition. In these situations, people focus their inward mindset — on themselves, not so much on customers, colleagues, peers or even managers. On the other hand, when leaders have an outward mindset, they will focus on collective or organisational results. In reality, however, many organisations are not solving or tackling the turnover problem at the root cause.
